Zati

Proposal teams that surface stale qualifications before your next submission

A public RFQ or SF330 arrives, and the real work starts: read the requirements, match what the firm can support, notice that a reference certificate expired nine months ago, and decide what to write and what to leave out. That first pass is careful, cross-functional and slow — and in most A&E firms it sits with proposal operations, business development and technical practice all at once, competing with billable project work.

Zati helps you configure that first pass as a set of AI workers, then train your team to run and maintain it. You bring one live pursuit and your approved material. You leave with a setup you understand, own and keep improving.

Start with something useful. Keep it either way.

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo of what we could build for a firm like yours. Bring your website and one workflow.

You keep the audit report and redesign preview whether or not you book a workshop. No strings attached.

What we build with you

A website prospects and answer engines can find

We work through your technical SEO, service pages, mobile experience and contact path, then redesign the agreed pages with you — including the capability statements and project pages prospects read before contacting you. AEO and GEO work makes your business information clearer and easier for answer engines to access and interpret. You learn the process behind each change, so the next improvement does not have to become another development project.

A voice agent for inbound calls

Set up an xAI voice agent around your business information, the questions callers actually ask and the details you need from them — project type, location, timing, who to ask for. You work through the call flow together and test what happens when the agent needs a person. We agree on any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action before it is included. Your firm decides what runs automatically and what needs confirmation.

An AI-worker organization with clear responsibilities

Workers get useful jobs and inspectable outputs. A configured pursuit team might include a requirements reviewer returning a requirements matrix (one row per requirement, with source passage, proposed response and the question it raises), an evidence auditor listing absent project sheets, expired certificates and items needing technical confirmation, and a project-sheet writer turning closable gaps into draft narrative for technical review. Alongside them, we configure SEO/AEO/GEO maintenance workers: review pages, identify gaps, suggest updates and prepare changes for your review. We design roles, instructions, context and handoffs in Zati, Muse or GrokBot, depending on what suits the work.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David. Practice changing information, reviewing a worker's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself. You finish operating the agreed setup and explaining how to maintain it — with your accounts, operating guidance and a practical routine for checking the work.

A proposed first workflow for your firm

*This is a scoped example, not a claim of an existing engagement.* For a single public RFQ or SF330, the team could read the request and amendments, produce a requirements matrix, audit your approved project sheets, references and certificates for gaps and expired dates, draft closable narrative, and return a handoff brief naming each outstanding decision, its dependency and the person responsible. What is documented, what is proposed and what is unconfirmed stay clearly separated. A technical leader confirms a project sheet describes work actually performed; the proposal lead decides whether a gap is closable; the principal decides to pursue and who signs.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

Practice asking workers for tasks, reviewing their work and improving instructions through conversation.

Scope is agreed on the call. Each package has a written scope and quote.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, with hands-on practice and clear next steps.
  • 4 hours — one focused workflow and its maintenance routine, with time to test and repeat changes yourself.
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across the agreed website, voice or worker tasks, with more practice on how the pieces fit.
  • 16 hours — connect several agreed parts of the business and build confidence operating, checking and improving the setup.
  • 32 hours — a deeper, multi-workflow programme with implementation time, repeated practice and a more extensive operating playbook.

Longer workshops give us room to connect more of the business. Not every service fits in two hours.

Questions before you begin

Can workers reach our CRM and proposal library? Work starts from material you supply. Connections, access and permissions are assessed against your setup before configuration.

What happens to a fact we cannot confirm? It stays flagged as unconfirmed with its source passage attached. Workers propose wording; your technical leader and proposal lead resolve it. No worker certifies a project, endorses a reference or commits the firm to a deadline.

Does free hosting mean everything is free? If you want free website hosting, we help set it up and show you how to manage it; you can keep an existing host. Domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software remain separate, and we identify those costs before the workshop.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations? No. We improve the agreed pages and create a maintenance process. Search and answer engines determine their own results.
